| This Trade Could Gain More Than 100% Based on Recent Market Action | | In theory, it might be possible to argue that any stock could deliver a triple digit gain. That is simply because the up-side price of any stock is, in theory, uncapped. However, stock prices tend to move slowly and often drift down in addition to going up at times. Because prices move rather slowly, it can take years to realize large gains on stocks, even when the price is in a sustained-up trend. On the other hand, using options strategies could allow traders to identify short term opportunities with the potential to deliver triple digit gains.
We found a recent trade with that much potential and, as we explain in our latest article, the potential size of the gain can be found when the trade is ready to be placed. It is also possible to know the precise level of risk, in dollar terms, when the trade is placed.
We provide an example of how that can be done, and we use actual, recent market data to do so. The example we found does present a triple digit profit potential along with strictly limited risk.
We have the details of the stock, the specific options strategy, the contracts we used and the math behind all of this in our latest free educational article that is available right here.
