If March renews the rally off November's low, September's high crossing at 29.380 is the next upside target. First resistance is last-Wednesday's high crossing at 28.105. Second resistance is September's high crossing at 29.380. First support is the 50-day moving average crossing at 24.953. Second support is the December 9th low crossing at 23.695.
