Now, let's dig in! Image Source: Getty Images Investors today cashed in on some of the month's big gains, leading the market downward on the last day of November.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell more than 300 points for an approximately 1.1% decline, though it had plummeted over 400 points earlier. The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite were down .6% and .4% respectively.
Still, the decline didn't subtract from the month's big gains, with the Dow up nearly 12% for November--a record not seen since January of 1987. This advance is due to the consistent good news on the vaccine front, even as the virus has infected over 13 million people in the U.S.
"The length and strength of the current rally suggests to us that the market could be vulnerable to some pullback at these levels," said Oppenheimer Asset Management Chief Investment Strategist, John Stozfus.

Other Hot Market News... You need to prepare for this bombshell Image Source: BBC China wants anyone vaccinated to use a QR code to prove it. But airlines across the world are going to do things a little bit differently.
They're going to want to see some form of vaccination proof via a "digital passport" of sorts that you'll need to embark on any international travel.
The International Air Transport Association announced last week that it is now in the final stages of developing what it hopes will become "universally accepted documentation" used to track passenger health information. That's according to The Hill.
The so-called "travel pass" will "manage and verify the secure flow of necessary testing or vaccine information among governments, airlines, laboratories and travelers," the IATA said in an announcement.
Here's what else it's supposed to do.
Will you be registering for your digital vaccine passport any time soon?
Be sure to let me know why or why not!
