Dear Subscriber, While gold bubbled up along with most other commodities during the boom in the early 2000s, during the financial meltdown in 2008 it fell 33%! And at the same time the dollar surged up 27%!  In fact, the only two things that held their value in the last crash were the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasuries.
