The Wall Street Journal broke news recently in an article that could be damaging the outlook for Facebook stock… though, just how damaging is too early to say.

But internal memos show that Instagram, which is owned by Facebook, can be particularly bad for kids and young people, particularly teenage girls. According to the WSJ's report of Facebook's own internal data, Instagram makes body image issues worse for one in three teenage girls.

The memo was part of a huge cache of internal Facebook documents leaked to the newspaper.

After last week's whipsaw action in the stock market, the last trading week of September looks to be setting up for big drama in October.
