Things are looking up for the market right now, though we aren't out of the woods just yet.
And with many markets going higher and staying out of the buy zone, it can be difficult to find winning trades. But just because prices are high, that doesn't mean we can't find positions that will give us a nice return. It's all about using the proper timeframes.
A monthly time frame may show us that a certain equity or commodity is poised to keep rising above resistance. But if we zoom in to the daily and hourly timeframes, we can use Fibonacci to see if prices are about to hit a known U-turn.
That all may sound like Greek, but it's really quite simple. We use trend lines and formulas to reveal where the market is likely to shift. And when it reaches that point, we're ready to buy!

 Investing and trading are two different methods for profiting in the financial market. Both seek to gain from market participation, but each takes advantage on their own terms. Trading involves transactions that are more frequent. Short-term traders participate in the buying and selling of stocks, currency pairs, and commodities in either days or weeks of movement. It's incredibly rare for a trader to trade on the month's or the year's movement. That's why some people make the argument that trading is no better than gambling - because you're trying to "beat the market" and make quick cash. But that's just not the case. Why the market does what it does has little to do with chance. So rest assured, becoming a trader isn't the same as spending a week in Vegas!

Take the time you need, there is plenty of money to be made. Are you sitting in a live market setting, looking for the right entry… and just not seeing it? WAIT. Don't settle. WAIT. Time and time again, we talk to traders that YOU JUST KNOW are thinking, "Boy I'll never retire at this pace." What comes next is as predictable as death, taxes and your mother-in-law's glare. Contracts go from one… to three… then five or more. Stops get pushed back. Losses pile up. More trades take place to cover those losses. And then it's over. Good night Irene - the account has been cleared. Just pace yourself. There's plenty of money and plenty of trades to take. Stick to your risk/reward ratio. Hold to those stops. Take the losers with the winners and become consistent. Build your empire with time and care!
