According to the director of the FBI, we could be gearing up for a second round of DC riots. National intelligence has picked up chatter that indicates some people may plan to show up during Biden's inauguration in an attempt to stop the ceremony.
The FBI is currently monitoring calls for "potential armed protests" ahead of and during Biden's inauguration on January 20th. National Guard troops have already been stationed in the capital district and given the authorization to use force to stop any attacks.
"Anybody who plots or attempts violence in the coming weeks should count on a visit," noted FBI Director Christopher Wray.
The nation's top intelligence officials have already prepped vice-president Pence on their plans for Inauguration Day, establishing unprecedented levels of security for the event.
If anyone plans to go to DC looking for trouble, it sounds like they'll be sure to find it.
