Google employees won't be going to the office for awhile

Thanks to the ongoing pandemic, Google plans to keep its office closed until September 2021. And while the company has no problem with the majority of its employees working remotely, it has no plans for that to become the norm.

Once operations return to normal, Google hopes to have employees work a more flexible schedule where they work in-person for at least three days a week.

Still, with many other tech companies allowing permanent remote work for their employees, Google may have to reevaluate their plans for the next year.

Hopefully, Google can be more flexible as we all deal with the ongoing pandemic.
