Image Source: CNBC It's the last week of trading for 2020, and so far, it's off to a good start. All three major averages were looking at increases on Monday, with the Dow rising .7%, and both the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq soaring .8%.    The positive movement followed President Donald Trump's signature on the $900 billion virus relief package that prevented a government shutdown and secured more money for millions of struggling Americans.  "All the bluster neither significantly changed [the] outlook for stocks, as markets still expected (and ultimately received) stimulus of a minimum of $900 billion to pass," said The Sevens Report Founder Tom Essaye. "The five pillars of the rally … remain largely in place, and until that changes, the medium and longer-term outlook for stocks will be positive." Other Hot Market News... Privacy Policy)   What would it look like?   No doubt it would have hundreds of billions in revenue - more than tech giants like IBM, Facebook and Google.   It would probably be a leader in cutting-edge technology like smartphones, robotics, e-commerce and medical equipment.   It would have tens of thousands of unbreakable patents. It would pay an enormous dividend.   It would be on the verge of dozens of blockbuster announcements that would send the stock higher and higher.   And most of all...    It would trade ultra-cheap - less than $3.   It seems crazy that such a stock exists.   But it does. The latest on the presidential veto of the defense bill Image Source: CNBC Today at 5 p.m., the House will determine whether or not they wish to override the president's veto of the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act, a $740 billion defense bill that has not been vetoed in almost six decades.    Among one of the features that President Donald Trump takes issue with, is that the legislation did not "make any meaningful changes to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act," which essentially protects Big Tech from being responsible for user content.    Although both chambers initially passed the legislation by a vast majority, the President suggested that it was actually a grave threat to the country's security and election integrity.    After tonight's vote, the Senate will take up the issue tomorrow.
