The Treasury was hacked. Google crashed pretty much worldwide and there have been reports all morning that Zoom is down in different regions.
But the news about SolarWinds Orion products is HUGE!
The CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) issued Emergency Directive 21-01 on Sunday night in response to a known compromise involving SolarWinds Orion products.
This was only the fifth Emergency Directive issued by CISA since they were given authority in the Cybersecurity Act of 2015.
And as it turns out, they were impacted by it, too.
To get a feel for the extent of this Emergency Directive's implications, take a look at just a few of the government agencies who have relied on it.
There was a list of companies who were customers of Solarwinds. And it was impressive - comprising 425 of the 500 Fortune 500 companies.
Google was one of them, which may explain their worldwide outage this morning...
And according to The Gateway Pundit, Dominion was one of those clients, too.
