America has waited a long time for this next round of stimulus. After all, it was way back in Spring when the $2.2 trillion CARES Act got passed.
But now the Congress and Senate have reached an agreement that will offer one-time check for individuals who make up to $75,000 a year of $1,200 for couples who make up to $150,000.
There will also be an extra $600 for each dependent child. The cash infusions would be the first for Americans since the $2.2 trillion CARES Act was passed in the spring.
Unemployed workers would also get an extra $300 in weekly benefits until around the middle of March.
