Dow Jones Industrial Average futures dropped to 27,271, S&P 500 futures dropped to 3,313.25, and Nasdaq 100 Index futures dropped to 11,310.25. The president's news comes as investors await reports to be released today, including information about September's nonfarm payrolls and unemployment, and September's consumer sentiment index.  Most indexes in the European market fell today after the news.  President Trump's announcement makes him one of 7,278,380 positive cases in the U.S., the world's highest.
