Ok ... So when I find that I've become obsessed with too many indicators, strategies, and charts ... That lack of focus can cause problems in: Relationships Health My Trading So, here's what I did: I found ways to love everything around me while maintaining some level of focus. How? I'll give you 3 simple tips that helped me tremendously. ONE: MEDITATION Just even 5 minutes in the morning (sometimes I can get through 10, haha) has made a world of difference. I just put on some Zen music on the Calm app and sit and breathe. TWO: MAKE LISTS Seriously, before I go to bed I make a list of everything I want to get done the next day, and I even visualize myself going through a very focused process of building my watchlist, and doing my trades. THREE: DRINK LOTS OF WATER ... ... And eat lots of fruit. Sounds crazy, but I've been only eating fruit in the mornings before 10am. And it has made a huge difference in how I feel. And how much I can focus. Now, none of this is life-changing (at least not as life-changing as subscribing to my watchlist here). But these things have made a big difference.
