And now their fears are becoming a reality.   Ol' Joe just nominated a well-known gun grabber, Xavier Becerra, to lead the Department of Health and Human Services. Becerra is the anti-gun Attorney General of California who replaced Kamala Harris when she was elected to the Senate.   With Becerra at the DHHS helm, we could see a new tactic in attacking Second Amendment rights. It's rumored that Becerra would classify gun ownership as a national health crisis, sparking a new round of legal battles across the country.   Americans who care about their constitutional rights should keep an eye on this recent development. But the publication is still facing some severe backlash for its controversial choice.   Even members of the progressive left called out Time for its tone-deafness in not selecting doctors and healthcare workers for their continued efforts in fighting the global pandemic.   Conservative and liberal pundits even joined forces to suggest that the scientists behind the current vaccine development deserved recognition instead of the Biden-Harris ticket. While the honor isn't really an award, as nefarious figures have sometimes found their way to the cover, it still seems like Time's choice is a slap in the face of those most impacted by the dumpster fire that has been 2020.
